What is Castle Quest?

Castle Quest is a fun and powerful way to turn your fitness journey into a real-life adventure. Every day, you’ll get new quests simple challenges that build your strength, health, and mindset.

These quests can be anything from doing push-ups, cooking a healthy meal, meditating, or learning a new skill. As you complete quests, you earn experience points (XP) and unlock real rewards like coaching, programs, and prizes. It's made for everyone from complete beginners to experienced athletes.

How to Squat the Right Way

• Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart.

• Keep your chest up and core tight.

• As you squat down, let your knees move forward past your toes.

• Allow your heels to lift slightly off the ground if needed.

• Keep your body upright, not leaning too far forward.

• Go as low as you can while keeping control, then push back up using your thighs.

You've probably heard people say, “Don’t let your knees go past your toes.” But that’s outdated and Franky bad advice especially if you want strong, healthy muscular legs and joints.
